The OM1002 is a radio-frequency (RF) power amplifier documented by OM Power, boosting an external transmitter’s signal. It is not the OM1002+, which has separate operating instructions. Similar model names do not imply identical input drive limits or remote controls.
Connections and operation
Drive is the input power delivered by the transceiver. It must remain within the model’s limits. Check coaxial cable, antenna matching and cooling before transmission. Standing-wave ratio (SWR) indicates mismatch between feed line and antenna, with potentially reflected power.
