OM4000HF historical linear amplifier
The OM4000HF is a historical radio-frequency (RF) linear amplifier with model-specific documentation. It differs from OM4001HF and from the separate OM4000HF FCC edition. Confirm the actual hardware revision before tuning or installation.
Operation and electrical safety
Drive power is the RF input from the transceiver; follow the original manual’s operating limits. Standing-wave ratio (SWR) indicates feed-line and antenna mismatch and possible reflected power. High-voltage circuits can remain lethal after mains disconnection and require qualified servicing.
