The Eddystone 680X is a fifteen-valve communications receiver, with separate instructions from the Eddystone 680.

Original documentation lists 12.3–30 MHz, 5.3–12.5 MHz, 2.5–5.7 MHz, 1.11–2.5 MHz and 480–1120 kHz, with variable selectivity.
